Shipping & Office Clerk

  Central Malta  |  €21,000 - €24,000 Annually 

Our client is looking for a Shipping & Office Clerk to join a well established company. The ideal candidate will be tasked with handling email correspondence, maintaining accurate documentation, and overseeing stock records to support company operations in line with customs and regulatory requirements, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to daily operational emails.
  • Organize and facilitate customs and port clearance processes.
  • Ensure accurate inventory tracking and records management.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and Coordinator to execute planned operational tasks.
  • Deliver full administrative support, including handling incoming calls, managing mail and filing systems, preparing bank deposits, and coordinating the delivery of documents to external stakeholders and organizations.

Requirements

  • Secondary level of education.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with good email communication skills.
  • Fluent in reading and writing in English.
  • Valid driving license.

Education and Experience

  • Previous experience in Logistics will be considered an asset.
