Our client, a fast-growing retailer of high-quality electronic products is looking for an experienced Shipping and Bookkeeping Clerk. Reporting to the Company Accountant & Finance Supervisor your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, customs clearance papers, and related payments.
- Follow up with suppliers on delivery timelines and required documentation.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely unloading and receipt of stock.
- Handle costings for incoming shipments and update inventory records in the accounting system.
- Prepare NSO declarations.
- Post purchase and sales orders, invoices, credit notes, and payments.
- Assist with bank and cash reconciliations.
- Support general accounting and bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: Office Hours
Requirements
- Must hold an excellent level of English
- Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of both bookkeeping and logistics.
- Proficient in accounting software (Odoo) and Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
