Our client within the manufacturing industry is looking for a Sales & Office Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling their products while providing excellent customer service through email, phone enquiries, and showroom walk-ins. The role also includes general administrative and clerical duties in support of the sales function.
Key Responsibilities
Explain garage door models, features, and specifications to customers
Assess customer requirements and guide them in selecting suitable products
Open and close the showroom as required
Manage all sales-related documentation, including quotations, invoices, deposits, and payments
Handle customer requests related to after-sales services
Perform general administrative and clerical duties supporting the sales process
Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese is a must
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Secondary level of education
Good numeracy skills and IT literacy
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
