Sales Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Sales Coordinator. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

• Managing sales orders, contracts and client agreements
• Serving as a first point of contact for customer inquiries
• Ensuring CRM database is up to date with client information, sales activities and communication
• Ensuring all sales activities comply with all international trade regulations
• Collecting and reporting sales data to help the sales team understand performance metrics and the latest marketed trends
• Supporting the sales team to identify client needs while working and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth sales processes

Requirements

• A sales-minded professional with able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• High degree of professionalism in dealing with different stakeholders

Education and Experience

• Level 5 or higher Academic education in an area related to Sales and Management would be ideal
• Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly strong in Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Experience in a similar role is a must
