Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Administration Officer to join their Finance team. - Issuing, tagging, and processing sales and cash invoices with precision, including correct allocation, commission calculations, and timely submissions.
- Preparing regular internal and external reports such as invoice summaries, commission statements, and sales interface data, ensuring all data is accurate and complete.
- Managing client communications and coordinating with internal departments (e.g. Sales and Finance) to obtain approvals, clarify information, and follow up on requests.
- Maintaining accurate records using Excel and accounting systems by updating purchase orders, posting transactions, and monitoring submission timelines.
- Organizing internal memos and documentation, carrying out monthly checks for missing invoices, and ensuring proper filing systems are maintained to meet audit requirements.
Requirements
- Self-driven, adaptable, and works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Has prior experience in a similar administrative or sales support role.
Education and Experience
- Holds an O’ Level qualification in Accounts or a related field.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and is generally tech-savvy.
- Communicates fluently in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Maltese or other European languages is considered a plus.
