Our client is looking to onboard a Rostering Clerk to assist with the daily operations, preparing and maintaining staff rosters to support efficient operations and workforce coverage. This role requires accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage changing scheduling requirements.
Responsibilities:
Manage roster templates across multiple tasks, including the preparation of daily and fortnightly rosters, and coordinate shift replacements as required
Ensure all rostered staff receive appropriate rest periods between shifts in compliance with relevant legislation
Respond to and effectively manage employee enquiries relating to rosters
Process and manage annual leave requests
Maintain regular communication with task coordinators to assess staffing requirements for each job type
Prepare and populate pay sheets for payroll processing
Provide reports, recommendations, and updates to relevant parties and key stakeholders
Undertake additional administrative duties as required
Perform any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time
Requirements:
Fluent in Maltese & English both written & verbal
Previous experience in workforce planning/rostering
Proficient in Excel or any other rostering software
