Our client is looking for a Reservations & Customer Care Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle reservations, customer quiries, and day-to-day administrative support while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls in a confident, polite, and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
Respond to emails relating to bookings, customer queries, and complaints in an efficient and professional manner.
Handle customer refund requests by liaising with the finance department and ensuring timely resolution.
Coordinate with transport providers and crew when required, acting as the main point of contact to resolve operational issues, such as delayed groups.
Carry out general administrative duties, including basic reporting, document filing, and record maintenance.
Order consumables for vessels and monitor stock levels as needed.
Assist customers with online bookings and support sales activity, with the opportunity to earn commission where applicable.
Requirements:
Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime.
Previous experience in administrative tasks is required, experience in reservations will be considered an asset.
Strong organisational and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
