Our client, a well-established company within the property sector, is seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front-of-house operations while also supporting the finance department with basic administrative duties.
The Main Responsibilities include:
Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Handling email correspondence in a professional and timely manner
Organising and distributing incoming and outgoing post
Ensuring boardrooms and meeting areas are always fully equipped and presentable
Greeting visitors and maintaining a professional front-of-house environment
Assisting the finance team with basic administrative and clerical duties
Maintaining office supplies and coordinating replenishment when required
Supporting general office administration and day-to-day operations
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:00
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Maltese & English
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Professional appearance and manner
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Education and Experience
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office support role
