Receptionist (Boutique Hotel)

  Central Malta  |  €18,000 - €24,000 Annually 

Our client is looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their growing team. Reporting to the Operation s Manager, the chosen candidate will:

  • Manage front desk operations during day shift 
  • Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional first impression
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Respond to emails and guest inquiries in fluent, professional English
  • Assist guests with local information, recommendations, and travel research
  • Process bookings, including data entry and payment handling
  • Follow up on direct bookings, including payment collection as per company policy
  • Prepare room keys and coordinate with housekeeping
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Support daily operational task lists set by the Operations Manager

WORKING HOURS:

5 days per week (including weekends)

8-hour shifts: 08:00 – 16:00

Requirements

  • A proactive mindset and ability to adapt to change
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude
  • Strong communication skills with professional-level English

Education and Experience

  • Previous hospitality experience will be given preference
  • Comfortable with administrative tasks and booking systems
  • Knowledge of Malta to assist tourists
