Project Administrator

  Central Malta  |  Starting from €18,000 Annually 

Our client, is looking to onboard a Project Administrator to join their growing tram. Reporting to the Project Executive, the chosen candidate will:

  • Assist the Project Executive with daily operations and project coordination.
  • Prepare project offers and follow up on client orders.
  • Schedule ongoing works at multiple sites.
  • Place and follow up on material and equipment orders with suppliers.
  • Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Attend site and management meetings as required.
  • Measure completed works and assist in job costing and reporting.
  • Provide occasional on-site assistance as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with management to ensure efficient company operations.

Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Education and Experience

  • Fluency in English and Maltese (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Valid Maltese driving licence.
  • Clean police conduct certificate.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD (ACAD).
  • Experience in electrical installation and earthing systems is considered a big plus.
