Our client is looking for a dependable and detail-focused Pharmacy Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of their pharmacy. This role plays an important part in maintaining accurate pricing, effective stock control, and assisting the pharmacist to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately label and price products, ensuring all pricing systems are consistently updated.
Maintain clearly labelled, well-organised shelves in compliance with relevant regulations.
Support inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and verifying deliveries.
Monitor stock levels, check expiry dates, and rotate inventory as required.
Assist with dispensing activities under the supervision of the pharmacist.
Prepare prescriptions for final review and verification.
Ensure the pharmacy remains clean, organised, and professional at all times.
Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance to customers.
