Personal Assistant to the Partner

  Central Malta  |  Up to €38,000 Annually 

Our client within the legal sector is looking for a mature and experienced Personal Assistant to the Partner to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Partner’s calendar, including scheduling client meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, logging meeting minutes, updating the Firm’s systems, and handling general administrative tasks to support the Partner in her role.
  • Monitor and manage email correspondence, forward communications as needed, and draft responses on behalf of the Partner.
  • Ensure the Partner is kept informed of urgent and time-sensitive matters, in line with her availability.
  • Handle scanning, printing, and filing of documents.
  • Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned by the Partner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar executive support or administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Maltese is considered an asset.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proactive, well-organised, and able to demonstrate strong time management skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Microsoft Teams Planner is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates absolute discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
