Personal Assistant (Reliever / On-Call Basis)

  Central Malta  |  Up to €14 Hourly 

Location: On-site - Valletta.

Working Hours: Flexible between 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (hours based on company needs)

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Personal Assistant to provide on-call administrative support to the company’s partners within a Legal Firm

This role does not carry fixed weekly hours and will depend on the company’s operational needs. The ideal candidate must be flexible, professional, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as required
  • Manage filing systems and maintain organized records
  • Draft, respond to, and manage email correspondence
  • Support partners with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care
  • Be available to work onsite during the required hours when called upon

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Presentable and professional appearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive data discreetly
  • Must be flexible and available at short notice
  • No external commitments that could affect availability
  • Open to candidates of any nationality
