Personal Assistant/ Part-Time Office Administrator

  Central Malta  |  Up to €20,000 Annually 

Our Client is looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to support the smooth running of their office. This varied role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable managing a mix of client administration, business coordination, and personal assistant duties for the directors.

Office and Administrative Support:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative needs and maintain filing systems and records.  
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, couriers, and incoming/outgoing mail.  
  • Prepare, scan, and organise various business documents.  
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate routine upkeep.  
  • Client and Regulatory Administration
  • Assist with client onboarding and general administrative processes.  
  • Prepare and submit applications/forms with local authorities and relevant entities.  
  • Support company administrative matters, including statutory filings and corporate documentation.  
  • Liaise with third-party service providers and authorities as required.  
  • Financial and Personal Assistant Support
  • Assist with collecting financial statements, records, and supporting documentation.  
  • Track and organise basic expense and income information.  
  • Assist directors with personal and business-related tasks, including errands, bookings, and purchases.  
  • Help oversee property and guest-related administration, coordinating with third parties.

Requirements

  • Experience in office administration or PA work is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of Maltese administrative or corporate processes is an advantage.
