Personal Assistant (Law Firm)

  Central Malta

Our client specialising in corporate, commercial, maritime, aviation, financial services, and litigation are seeking a Personal Assistant, reporting directly to the Managing Partner. 

The Main Responsibilities include: 

  • Managing emails and calendars efficiently
  • Handling correspondence on behalf of the partners
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Maintaining organised and up-to-date filing systems
  • Providing administrative support to the partners

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday

08.00-17.00 (with an hour's break) 

Requirements

  • Meticulous
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English; knowledge of Maltese is considered an asset
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and responsible in carrying out duties
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and Sage accounting software
  • Strong organisational abilities coupled with excellent communication skills
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience

  • A level standard or education
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
