We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
Draft and prepare business correspondence and general documentation.
Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
Maintain and monitor petty cash records.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Carry out general administrative and office support duties.
Respond to customer enquiries both over the phone and in person.
Arrange travel for directors, including booking flights, car hire, and accommodation.
Provide assistance to the accountant and auditors when required.
Liaise with new and existing clients regarding superyacht enquiries and orders.
Communicate with suppliers to follow up on new boat orders and aftersales requests.
Maintain organised records and ensure accurate documentation.
Use internet resources and Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook) efficiently for daily tasks.
Requirements
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet use.
Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Availability to work 20–25 hours per week.
Flexibility to respond to urgent matters outside normal working hours when required.
