Our client is looking for a highly professional Personal Assistant to the Group Chief Executive Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive executive and administrative support, including but not limited to:
Preparing detailed meeting agendas, weekly CEO briefings, and accurately recording action points, ensuring timely follow-up with senior leadership.
Managing the CEO’s diary with a high level of accuracy, coordinating meetings, and effectively prioritising daily commitments.
Coordinating complex travel arrangements for the CEO, Board members, and senior executives, including visa processing, travel insurance, and expense administration.
Organising internal and external meetings, conferences, and corporate events, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled seamlessly and to a high professional standard.
Taking accurate and high-quality minutes during Board meetings, committee meetings, and other internal sessions.
Managing and maintaining corporate communication platforms, including MBR, LinkedIn, the corporate website, and other digital channels, ensuring content remains accurate, current, and aligned with the Group’s corporate identity.
Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Overseeing the day-to-day operational requirements of the Corporate Office, including office supplies, presentation standards, and compliance with health and safety requirements.
Ensuring visitors and meeting attendees are welcomed courteously and that meetings are conducted in a professional and well-organised manner.
Providing administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, Directors, and senior management as required.
Assisting the Sports and Social Committee with the organisation of Group-wide events and initiatives.
Requirements
A minimum of three years’ experience providing executive-level support within a corporate environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Maltese.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with senior leadership.
A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion at all times.
