Our client, operating in the Retail industry, is looking to recruit an experienced PA/HR Assistant to support the Company Director.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the Director’s calendar and prepare itineraries.
- Coordinate and take minutes for meetings.
- Handle administrative tasks related to real estate and other matters, including liaising with notaries and banks.
- Draft and manage employment contracts.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of company policies.
- Assist in the development and roll-out of the employee handbook.
- Organise company events and team-building activities.
- Support employee training initiatives.
- Maintain and update personnel files.
- Assist in recruitment processes and employee registrations with JobsPlus.
- Carry out additional administrative tasks as assigned.
- Oversee housekeeping controls.
- Support health and safety by reinforcing EHS practices.
Working Hours: Office hours
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must hold an excellent level of written and spoken Maltese and English
