A new opportunity has become available for a proactive and organised Operations Officer to support the smooth daily running of the Operations. Working closely with the Operations Manager, this role provides essential administrative, logistical, and cross-departmental support; contributing to operations, student travel & logistics and accounting.

What You’ll Do
- Assist in the operational aspects of the Student Sponsorship Programme as part of core duties.
- Support student onboarding, including documentation follow-up, orientation logistics, and accommodation readiness.
- Provide coordination support with training providers, educational institutions, and internal departments where required.
- Handle accommodation arrangements, inspections, maintenance coordination, and student settlement support.
- Assist with basic student logistics such as airport pickups, transportation support, and local guidance when required.
- Maintain accurate student accommodation and operational files in coordination with relevant teams.
- Assist with office administration, inventory management, filing, and document control.
What You Bring
Essential:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or similar.
- Previous experience working in an educational institute is considered an asset
- 1–2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles.
- Strong English communication skills, Arabic and other languages are highly preferred
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Desired:
- Experience managing student visas and coordinating with international educational institutions
- Familiarity with accommodation coordination or student support functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
