Operations Admin Officer

  Central Malta  |  €25,000 - €30,000 Annually 

A new opportunity has become available for a proactive and organised Operations Officer to support the smooth daily running of the Operations. Working closely with the Operations Manager, this role provides essential administrative, logistical, and cross-departmental support; contributing to operations, student travel & logistics and accounting.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the operational aspects of the Student Sponsorship Programme as part of core duties.
  • Support student onboarding, including documentation follow-up, orientation logistics, and accommodation readiness.
  • Provide coordination support with training providers, educational institutions, and internal departments where required.
  • Handle accommodation arrangements, inspections, maintenance coordination, and student settlement support.
  • Assist with basic student logistics such as airport pickups, transportation support, and local guidance when required.
  • Maintain accurate student accommodation and operational files in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Assist with office administration, inventory management, filing, and document control.

What You Bring

Essential:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or similar.
  • Previous experience working in an educational institute is considered an asset
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles.
  • Strong English communication skills, Arabic and other languages are highly preferred
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Desired:

  • Experience managing student visas and coordinating with international educational institutions
  • Familiarity with accommodation coordination or student support functions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
