Our client, a leading local retail company, is seeking to recruit a highly organised and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle all incoming calls and correspondence on behalf of the Director in a professional and courteous manner.
- Draft, type, and prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and hard copy) to ensure documents are organized and accessible.
- Assist with arranging meetings, travel, and logistics when directed.
- Support the Director with day-to-day tasks, ensuring instructions are carried out promptly and accurately.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to relay information and follow up on action points.
- Manage general office administration and provide secretarial support to the wider executive team when necessary.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 17:00
