Our client, a well established organisation within the healthcare sector, is seeking an Office & HR Support Executive to join their team. This is a varied role suited for a flexible and detail oriented individual who enjoys supporting multiple departments and working in a dynamic environment. Reporting the the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Post job vacancies, screen applications, and coordinate interviews
Manage onboarding and assist with work permit applications for Third Country Nationals
Support offboarding processes and maintain HR records and reports
Assist with sourcing and coordinating employee tools (IT, mobile phones, company cars)
Handle general administration including calls, emails, and front office support when needed
Welcome visitors and assist with reception duties during absences
Support accounts and logistics with invoicing, paperwork, and reconciliations
Coordinate travel, events, and general office operations
Training will be provided. This role is ideal for someone who is a people person, adaptable, and eager to learn, with the ability to support various functions across the business.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 07:30/08:30 - 15:30/16:00
Requirements
Previous experience in HR and/or administration
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
A team player with a flexible and proactive approach
Ability to multitask and adapt to different responsibilities
Must have an excellent level of written and verbal English
