Office & HR Support Executive

  South of Malta  |  €21,000 - €25,000 Annually 

Our client, a well established organisation within the healthcare sector, is seeking an Office & HR Support Executive to join their team. This is a varied role suited for a flexible and detail oriented individual who enjoys supporting multiple departments and working in a dynamic environment. Reporting the the General Manager, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Post job vacancies, screen applications, and coordinate interviews
  • Manage onboarding and assist with work permit applications for Third Country Nationals
  • Prepare and update HR documentation (contracts, job descriptions, offers, KPIs, etc.)
  • Support offboarding processes and maintain HR records and reports
  • Assist with sourcing and coordinating employee tools (IT, mobile phones, company cars)
  • Handle general administration including calls, emails, and front office support when needed
  • Welcome visitors and assist with reception duties during absences
  • Support accounts and logistics with invoicing, paperwork, and reconciliations
  • Coordinate travel, events, and general office operations

Training will be provided. This role is ideal for someone who is a people person, adaptable, and eager to learn, with the ability to support various functions across the business.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 07:30/08:30 - 15:30/16:00

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR and/or administration
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
  • A team player with a flexible and proactive approach
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to different responsibilities
  • Must have an excellent level of written and verbal English
