A client of ours is seeking a full-time Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. They are seeking someone reliable, competent, and motivated individuals for multiple openings across two administrative tracks within their Group.

The Main Responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming and outgoing communications (phone calls, emails, correspondence).
- Performing general administrative support (scanning, copying, filing, and managing office documents).
- Processing invoices and performing basic bookkeeping duties.
- Supporting daily office operations
Working hours:
Monday - Friday - 06.30 - 15.30 or 08.00 - 17.00 (depending on location)
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Maltese and English are mandatory.
- Good knowledge of the Maltese language is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role is mandatory.
