On behalf of our client based in Larnaca, we are proactive dual-function role focused on managing the daily operations of a well-established office while providing vital HR administrative support for both Cyprus and Malta operations.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Facilities Management
Operations: Oversee day-to-day office functions to ensure a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment.
Vendor Liaison: Manage relationships with external suppliers, maintenance teams, cleaning services, and utility providers.
Compliance: Coordinate office logistics and ensure strict adherence to OSHA and Fire Safety regulations.
Stakeholder Relations: Act as a point of contact for accountants, payroll providers, insurance brokers, and government authorities.
HR Administration & Support
Employee Lifecycle: Support the HR team with onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate digital employee files.
Compliance & Records: Manage leave and absence records using the company HRIS, ensuring alignment with Cyprus labor legislation.
Policy Support: Assist in implementing HR procedures and maintaining up-to-date company insurance records.
Recruitment & Payroll: Provide ad-hoc assistance with recruitment coordination and payroll preparation activities.
Requirements
Communication: Excellent written and verbal fluency in English and Greek.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
Experience: Previous exposure to HR administration or working within international/multicultural teams is highly valued.
Competencies: High level of attention to detail, ability to handle confidential data, and a prompt response to urgent facility issues.
Education and Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in an office administration or administrative support role
Previous HR experience will be considered an asset
