Office Administrator

  Nicosia  |  €18,000 - €20,400 Annually 

On behalf of our client, a reputable law firm we are looking for an Office Administrator to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and handling inward and outward correspondence.
  • Arranging and coordinating appointments.
  • Greeting clients and associates in a professional manner.
  • Providing administrative and operational support to Management.
  • Assisting with the general organization and efficient functioning of the firm.
  • Recording and preparing minutes of meetings.
  • Archiving, organizing, and maintaining firm records and files.
  • Managing and updating office and lawyers’ diaries, the firm’s CRM system, and court files (training and guidance will be provided).
  • Filing legal documents at court (training and guidance will be provided).
  • Managing iJustice filings and related electronic court systems (training and guidance will be provided). 

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Greek (written and oral).
  • Good working knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge of any additional language will be considered an asset.
  • Very good knowledge of PC use and MS Office applications.
  • Strong multitasking, communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, responsibility, and reliability.

Education and Experience

  • University degree, diploma, or other recognized qualification in Secretarial Studies or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or secretarial position will be considered an advantage
