Office Administrator

  Central Malta  |  €22,000 - €28,000 Annually 

Our client, a small firm, in the Corporate Services Industry is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team. The Office Administrator provides general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role includes basic bookkeeping tasks, reception duties, and assistance with office coordination. Your main duties will be to:

  • Perform general office administration, filing, and data entry.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and perform basic reception duties.
  • Maintain office records and update internal systems.
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general office support as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS tools
  • Professional and friendly manner
  • Native level of Maltese and a professional level of English is a must

Education and Experience

  • Previous bookkeeping and/or admin experience is considered an asset
