Our client, a small firm, in the Corporate Services Industry is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team. The Office Administrator provides general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role includes basic bookkeeping tasks, reception duties, and assistance with office coordination. Your main duties will be to:
Perform general office administration, filing, and data entry.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and perform basic reception duties.
Maintain office records and update internal systems.
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general office support as needed.
Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS tools
Professional and friendly manner
Native level of Maltese and a professional level of English is a must
Education and Experience
Previous bookkeeping and/or admin experience is considered an asset
