A leading real estate branch is looking for a reliable and highly organised Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to support the Branch Manager and keep the office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, takes initiative, and likes being at the centre of daily operations.
Responsibilities
Support the Branch Manager with daily tasks and scheduling
Manage emails, meetings, and follow-ups
Handle confidential information with care
Keep the office organised and running efficiently
Maintain files, records, and property documentation
Upload and manage property listings
Assist with basic financial/admin tasks (e.g. VAT support)
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
