Office Administrator

  Central Malta  |  €25,000 - €30,000 Annually 

Our client is looking to onboard an Office Administrator to assist with the daily operations of the company, reporting directly to the Director. 

Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate new products to expand the company’s portfolio
  • Liaise with international suppliers to obtain quotations and product information
  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices for clients
  • Follow up on sales pitches and quotations with local clients to secure conversions
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with both suppliers and clients
  • Enter new equipment and product data into the Sage Evolution system
  • Prepare and provide product specification sheets and pricing information upon client request
  • Carry out general administrative tasks 

Requirements

  • Proficient in Maltese & English both written and spoken
  • Background or previous experience in the Healthcare industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office systems
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
