A well-established client of ours operating in Waste Management, is searching for an Office Administrator to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The key responsibilities will be:
● Answer and direct phone calls.
● Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
● Manage and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical.
● Maintain and update company databases.
● Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
● Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for auditing purposes
● Order office supplies
● General administrative duties and administrative support to internal teams
● Ensure the office is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
