Our client is looking to employ a Front Office Administrator to join their existing team.
Responsibilities
Greeting visitors and offering refreshments.
Answering telephone calls and responding to emails.
Issuing sales orders, invoices, and credit notes.
Closing and reconciling retail shop deposits.
Assisting with the day-to-day running of office operations.
Providing general administrative support as required.
Experience & Requirements
Possess an Ordinary Level standard of education.
Be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Have a pleasant, professional, and outgoing personality.
Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00hrs - 13:00hrs (25 hours/week) from the office.
