Junior Executive Clerk

  Central Malta  |  €20,000 - €25,000 Annually 

Our client, a well established company within the Insurance industry, is looking to onboard a Junior Executive Clerk to assist and support with the operations of the Customer Experience team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in handling customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system with a high level of accuracy
  • Prepare and manage customer-related documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and improvement areas
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Contribute to customer experience initiatives and projects as required

Requirements

  • Fluent in Maltese and English both written & verbal
  • Previous experience in the insurance sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
