Our client, a well established company within the Insurance industry, is looking to onboard a Junior Executive Clerk to assist and support with the operations of the Customer Experience team.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in handling customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system with a high level of accuracy
- Prepare and manage customer-related documents, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery
- Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and improvement areas
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Contribute to customer experience initiatives and projects as required
Requirements
- Fluent in Maltese and English both written & verbal
- Previous experience in the insurance sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
