Inventory Clerk

  Central Malta  |  up to €19,600 Annually 

Our Client, one of the leading companies in Malta, would like to engage an Inventory Clerk. Reporting to the Logistics and Store Manager, the is to maintain updated inventories by auditing and monitoring of received and issued items and movement of goods. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Audit, monitor, and accurately record transactions and inventory changes.
  • Coordinate with Inventory Clerks to facilitate the transfer of goods between Malta and Gozo, adhering to stock specifications.
  • Verify and count all stock received from stores to production and vice versa, promptly inputting all data into SAP.
  • Assist with stock-taking exercises and update stock quantities in SAP.
  • Propose ideas and recommendations to enhance departmental operations, including safety, cost-saving measures, efficiency improvements, and service level enhancements.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0600hrs – 1400hrs, 1200hrs – 2000hrs.

Requirements

  • Previous local experience in a similar role ideally in FMCG.
  • Hold excellent level of verbal and written English.
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Self-driven with a proactive attitude.
