Our client, operating in the Hospitality Sector, are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the team as a Hotel Front Office Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office department and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee front office staff, schedules, and training.
- Ensure smooth check-ins/outs and resolve guest issues.
- Address feedback and enhance guest experience.
- Improve efficiency and service standards.
- Monitor metrics and optimise operations.
- Manage billing and transactions.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices.
Working Hours: Monday - Sunday: 0800hrs - 1630hrs on a roster basis + occasional Duty Manager shifts - 14:00 - 22:30.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management position
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of Room Master software would be considered an asset
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain composure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Candidate must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
