Front Office Receptionist

  Central Malta  |  €18,000 - €23,000 Annually 

Our client operating in the Financial Services industry is looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join their team

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring smooth daily operations while serving as the primary point of contact for visitors
  • Handling incoming calls, screening them, and directing them to the appropriate person
  • Responding to emails and managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Printing, scanning, and filing documents efficiently
  • Coordinating meeting schedules and redirecting calls when required
  • Welcoming customers on arrival and assisting with related inquiries
  • Managing reception-related inventory, including postage stamps, boardroom supplies, and similar items
  • Providing general administrative and clerical assistance as needed

Requirements

  • Be proficient in written and spoken English
  • Be organised, self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills
  • Previous local work experience in a similar role
