Our client, located on the south of the island, is looking for a Front Office Receptionist to manage the front desk, greet customers and assist with general clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls promptly and efficiently and distribution of mail
- Communicating effectively with all company departments
- In the absence of security personnel, to issue keys and ensure key logbook is updated
- Assisting with general clerical duties, including issuing of invoices and updating the billing software
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to address safety concerns and to achieve QHSE goals and report any unsafe work conditions
Requirements:
- O'level standard of education
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Must possess an ECDL certification
- Having strong organizational and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in both English and Maltese is a must
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday from 8.30am till 5pm
