Our client is looking to recruit a Front Office Administrator to join their growing team. Reporting to the Corporate Manager, the chosen candidate will:
Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
Manage the front desk and handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
Assist with drafting and distributing internal announcements and notices
Facilitate communication between departments and management
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed
Maintain accurate office records, documentation, and filing systems
Manage meeting room schedules and availability
Coordinate calendars for managers or teams when required
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights and accommodation
Plan and execute internal company events and activities
Manage procurement and inventory of company merchandise
Support various ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Education and Experience
Proven experience in an administrative or front office role
