Front Office Administrator

  Central Malta  |  Starting from €22,500 Annually 

Our client is looking to recruit a Front Office Administrator to join their growing team. Reporting to the Corporate Manager, the chosen candidate will: 

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage the front desk and handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Assist with drafting and distributing internal announcements and notices
  • Facilitate communication between departments and management
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed
  • Maintain accurate office records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Manage meeting room schedules and availability
  • Coordinate calendars for managers or teams when required
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights and accommodation
  • Plan and execute internal company events and activities
  • Manage procurement and inventory of company merchandise
  • Support various ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
