One of our clients are looking for representatives who are responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented individual to join our dedicated team of Front Desk and Contact Centre professionals.
Roles and responsibilities are including but not limited to:
- Serve as the first point of contact, offering and providing a professional reception experience
- Assist and guide customers by addressing their inquiries promptly and accurately
- Manage a variety of communication channels, including telephone, email, and in-person interactions
- Address and resolve client concerns or service-related issues
- Coordinate and collaborate with team members and other department to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of daily transactions, inquiries, and correspondence in accordance with data protection policies and internal procedures

Working hours are from Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning.
Requirements
- Proficient in the use of Computer and Microsoft Office applications
- ECDL or Equivalent Certificate is an asset
- Fluent in Maltese and English in both Verbal and Writing (is a MUST)
- Ability to work without supervision
