Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Front Office Administrator. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office and providing exceptional service to clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Support the team with various projects and tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Reporting Lines:
Reporting to the Managing Director.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a front office or administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
