Our client is seeking a French-speaking Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and collaborate closely with the sales, procurement, and logistics departments. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to start a career in administration while gaining valuable exposure to key business functions.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales, procurement, and logistics teams
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
Prepare, organise, and maintain accurate documentation and records
Support written and verbal communication in both French and English
Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative duties
Assist with cross-departmental projects and initiatives
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all tasks
Qualifications:
Post-secondary level of education
Entry-level position; previous administrative experience is considered an asset but not required
Fluent in both written and spoken French
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in French and English
Well-organised, reliable, and eager to learn
Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively across departments
