Our client is seeking a French-speaking Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and collaborate closely with the sales, procurement, and logistics departments. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to start a career in administration while gaining valuable exposure to key business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales, procurement, and logistics teams
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
  • Prepare, organise, and maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Support written and verbal communication in both French and English
  • Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative duties
  • Assist with cross-departmental projects and initiatives
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all tasks

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary level of education
  • Entry-level position; previous administrative experience is considered an asset but not required
  • Fluent in both written and spoken French
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English
  • Well-organised, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively across departments
