Our client is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to join the team, to directly support the Director. The chosen candidate will:
Provide proactive and strategic calendar management for the Principal, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritisation of meetings, commitments, and deadlines.
Manage and oversee all email correspondence, including pre-screening, prioritization, and drafting responses where appropriate.
Coordinate meetings and communications with investors, founders, management teams, and external partners.
Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing materials, decision papers, reports, and other business documentation.
Organise board meetings, off-sites, and investor events, ensuring seamless logistics and execution.
Act as a key point of contact between the Principal, portfolio companies, and external stakeholders.
Arrange complex business travel, including flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and detailed itinerary and agenda coordination.
Track ongoing to-dos, strategic initiatives, action points, and key deadlines to ensure timely follow-through.
Organise and book private travel arrangements, including holidays, hotels, flights, restaurant reservations, and transfers.
Coordinate private appointments, personal commitments, and diary management.
Handle sensitive and personal matters with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Education and Experience
Certification in Administration or any related role will be given preference
Local experience in the same role is given preference
Previous experience in working with a high-end caliber of individuals will be given preference
Must be based in Malta, holding local experience - German is a plus
Must hold excellent level of English both verbal and written
