A highly trusted Executive Assistant opportunity has opened. You will be supporting senior leadership through strong organisation, communication, and coordination while managing confidential matters and daily operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and schedules for CEOs and Senior Management.
Coordinate local and international travel, accommodation, itineraries, visas, and related logistics.
Prepare professional reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes.
Handle executive correspondence and ensure timely follow-up on actions and requests.
Oversee office administration and facilities management, including office services and vendors.
Manage Directors’ personal administrative matters such as insurance, ID renewals, claims, LESA points, and expenses.
Organise and support meetings, board sessions, and strategic planning workshops.
Liaise professionally with stakeholders, clients, partners, and senior-level contacts.
Support governance processes, including management of group insurance policies, renewals, and claims.
Maintain confidential records, filing systems, and support operational efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
Solid previous local experience in a senior administrative, executive assistant, or coordination role
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
