Learning Support Officer - interim support - TLMS

Location: EUAA HQ - Trident, Malta.

Tentative start date: 01/04/2026.

Salary Category IV - Gross monthly: €4,111.47

Job Description

• Support the contract management of digital learning production services (eLearning authoring and instructional design services)
• Project management to the production cycle of the European Asylum Curriculum content (gathering of business needs, prioritization, market research and careful monitoring);
• Quality check of horizontal training products (Elearning courses, webinar, videos)
• Desk research activities on training methodologies in the context of adult education;
• Preparation of events 

Minimum requirements

• Completed university studies of at least three years attested by a diploma.
• At least 1 year working in positions related to the tasks above.

General requirements

• Advanced Computer skills, very good knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience of eLearning platforms, project management skills.

Non-resident rate: Non-Maltese employees who are moving to Malta for the purposes of employment will be subject to "Non-resident" tax rates for the first 183 days from arrival – these are higher than the standard rates. Once 183 days of residence are reached, income tax will be recalculated for the entire period of employment in the current year from arrival in Malta, and the tax will be adjusted to recover any overpaid tax. If the 183-day period extends into the following year, and 183 days of residence in Malta are not accumulated, the overpaid tax will need to be claimed back from the authorities with personal income tax return.
