Our client, a leading company within the FMCG industry, are looking for an experienced Distribution & Cash Office Coordinator. Reporting to the Distribution Cash Office Head, your responsibilities will include:
- Be part of stock counts and keep the warehouse running smoothly
- Handle daily truck reconciliations, spot and resolve variances quickly
- Double-check truck returns & damages and update the systems accurately
- Take charge of daily cash reconciliation and deposits
- Play a key role in excise duty reporting for customs
- Step in on other tasks that keep operations on track
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 17:00 + occasional Saturday shifts for stock-taking, with overtime pay.
Requirements
- Hold Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or accounts-related work.
- Strong numerical and reconciliation skills, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using IT systems and MS Office (Excel a must).
- Hold an excellent level of written and verbal English.
- Ability to work independently, investigate variances, and solve problems.
- Trustworthy, with strong integrity for handling cash and sensitive data.
- Flexible and adaptable to take on different operational tasks.
- Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
