Our client is seeking a Director’s PA to work directly alongside leadership, gaining a front-row seat to business management and strategic decision-making. This role acts as the central coordinator across all departments, ensuring operational flow and a pristine office environment.
The Main Responsibilities include:
Manage the Director’s complex schedule, priorities, and daily task list.
Act as the central point of contact between the Director and the sales, engineering, and warehouse departments.
Draft professional correspondence and create high-impact sales presentations.
Assist with financial decisions, manage accounts, and apply financial principles to the commercial side of the business.
Record meeting minutes and ensure rigorous follow-up on all action points.
Take full responsibility for maintaining a neat, well-organised, and professional office environment.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Requirements
Native or professional fluency in Maltese and English is required.
Must be "super organised," exceptionally tidy, and possess a sharp eye for detail.
Assertive and highly considerate of others.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and digital presentation tools like Canva.
A proactive self-starter who thrives when abiding by clear structures and processes.
Education and Experience
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Prior experience specifically as a PA within a finance-related environment is highly desirable.
