One of our clients is looking for representatives who are responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented individual to join the new team.
Roles and responsibilities are including but not limited to:
Serve as the primary contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a courteous, professional, and positive experience
Provide clear assistance and support to customers by addressing questions and requests promptly and with attention to detail
Oversee and handle communications across various platforms, including phone calls, email correspondence, and direct in-person interactions
Respond to, manage, and follow up on customer concerns or service-related matters in a calm, efficient, and solution-focused manner
Accurately record and maintain daily logs, inquiries, and correspondence in compliance with internal procedures and data protection requirements

Working hours :
Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 14:30
Wednesday - 08:00 - 18:30
Saturday - 08:00-12:00
Requirements
Proficient in the use of Computer and Microsoft Office applications
ECDL or Equivalent Certificate is an asset
Fluent in Maltese and English in both Verbal and Writing (is a MUST)
Ability to work without supervision
Experience in any relevant field is a must
