Our client a well-established company within the financial services is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Officer (Dutch) to join their team. Your main duties here will be to:
Engage with customers via phone and email to provide support, resolve inquiries, and contribute to customer acquisition.
Identify and address customer needs, escalating technical issues where necessary, while offering clear and effective solutions.
Offer detailed information and guidance on the bank’s products, services, and investment options.
Process and follow up on customer requests, including payments, trade executions, portfolio transfers, account openings, and closures.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns promoting the bank’s savings and wealth management products.
Requirements
Native fluency in Dutch is a must, fluency in French is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) are considered an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative, and customer-focused environment.
Education and Experience
Previous experience in a customer service or banking support role is highly desirable.
