A new opportunity has become available for a Commercial Coordinator with a leading business support service provider in Malta.
You will be supporting the growth of the organisation by identifying new business opportunities, managing contracts, and assisting with the coordination of sales and marketing initiatives. This role is key in driving lead generation, supporting the sales pipeline, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
- Perform cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn prospecting to generate leads.
- Prepare and send tailored pitches, proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, contacts, opportunities, and interactions.
- Support the CCO in organising meetings, events, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Assist in managing contracts, agreements, and other documentation as required.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive to write blogs, issue content, execute campaigns, track performance, and generate leads..
- Assist and coordinate participation in sales events, trade shows, and conferences to expand networks and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in cold calling.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other tools like Zoho, Buffer, Canva, etc.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive, results-driven attitude.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role particularly in BPO/Contact Centre experience, is a plus.
