Client Services Executive

  Central Malta  |  Starting from €25,000 Annually 

Our client is looking to recruit a Client Services Executive to join their growing team. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the chosen candidate will:

  • Perform a wide range of administrative duties, including managing phone calls, emails, and routine office tasks.
  • Handle local and international client enquiries efficiently, ensuring timely allocation to appropriate branches or departments.
  • Assist clients with queries related to sales, lettings, and residency schemes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records by entering, updating, and retrieving data as necessary.
  • Monitor and follow up on client referrals to third-party service providers, ensuring a seamless handover to the assigned sales or letting consultant.
  • Undertake additional duties and responsibilities within the scope of the role as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a high level of professionalism

Education and Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Previous experience in a client-facing or administrative role (real estate experience is a plus)
