Our client is looking to recruit a Branch Secretary to join their growing team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the chosen candidate will:
- Assist in the daily management and smooth operation of the branch
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Branch Manager and Consultants.
- Maintain and update property listings and related information accurately in the internal database.
- Support clients and property owners by handling sales, lettings, and property management enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help uphold a professional, welcoming, and efficient branch environment.
WORKING HOURS:
MONDAY - FRIDAY 09:00 - 17:00
ALTERNATE ATURDAYS 09:00-13:00
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Hard-working, reliable, and able to work on own initiative.
- Smart, mature, and pleasant personality.
Education and Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Availability to work on alternating Saturdays.
- Previous experience in an Administrative role is a must, and same industry experience will be given preference.
