Branch Secretary

  Central Malta  |  Starting from €23,000 Annually 

Our client is looking to recruit a Branch Secretary to join their growing team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the chosen candidate will:

  • Assist in the daily management and smooth operation of the branch
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Branch Manager and Consultants.
  • Maintain and update property listings and related information accurately in the internal database.
  • Support clients and property owners by handling sales, lettings, and property management enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and help uphold a professional, welcoming, and efficient branch environment.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Hard-working, reliable, and able to work on own initiative.
  • Smart, mature, and pleasant personality.

Education and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Availability to work on alternating Saturdays.
  • Previous experience in an Administrative role is a must, and same industry experience will be given preference.
