Responsibilities
Maintain records and databases with confidentiality and accuracy
Coordinate communication between departments
Support the teams in maintaining systems, procedures, and service standards
Handle customer enquiries efficiently to ensure excellent service delivery
Assist with administrative tasks and front office cashier duties as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or back office role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Proficiency in written and verbal English and Maltese, Italian is an asset
