Responsibilities

  • Maintain records and databases with confidentiality and accuracy
  • Coordinate communication between departments
  • Support the teams in maintaining systems, procedures, and service standards
  • Handle customer enquiries efficiently to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Assist with administrative tasks and front office cashier duties as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or back office role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English and Maltese, Italian is an asset

Working Hours

  • Full-Time/ Reduced (30 hours)
