We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Logistics Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the importation of new vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics processes and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage shipping-related documents
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customs
- Prepare and process shipping documents and invoices
- Liaise with Transport Malta for vehicle registrations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations
- Resolve any daily operational issues or delays in shipments and communicate updates to relevant parties
Requirements:
- Minimum O'Level Standard of education, Accounts is preferred
- Good communication skills in Maltese and English
- Previous experience in an admin/logistics position
- Able to work under pressure
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Be proactive and have good administrative and numerical skills
